The Old Tiger Stadium Conservancy is pleased to announce that Wallace D. Riley was unanimously appointed as the newest Board Member, effective March 17, 2008. Mr. Riley's vast experience and knowledge will be a tremendous asset to our efforts to preserve Tiger Stadium.

"I am looking forward to assisting the efforts to ensure that Tiger Stadium is not forgotten and that it will have a feature to accompany it's glorious past," stated Mr. Riley. "Too often, as strive for bigger and better things, we forget how we got here. I do not want that to happen to Tiger Stadium. I hope my involvement in the Old Tiger Stadium Conservancy can enable a better future for Tiger Stadium than just rubble."
